The welcome cheese tray and wine on arrival made for a delightful start, especially as we enjoyed the stunning views of the lake and mountains from our deck.
The hotel security was overly aggressive. a knock at our door late at night was terrifying and completely unnecessary.

Stunning views, but service fell short
We loved the fantastic views overlooking the lake and the lovely spaciousness of our suite. The front desk staff greeted us warmly each morning, making us feel right at home.
However, we faced some frustration with the restaurant’s limited menu options and the feeling of being rushed during check-out. Additionally, the pool area could have used better upkeep, as we found it a bit chaotic.

The check-in process was straightforward and quick.
We had a terrible experience with the service at this hotel. There was no housekeeping during our three-night stay, and when we requested extra towels, it took hours for them to be delivered. The hotel security was overly aggressive and knocked on our door late at night, making us feel unsafe and uncomfortable as a group of girls in a new town.

I loved the spaciousness of the two-bedroom suite. The lake views were stunning, truly breathtaking. The location felt perfect for a family getaway, with plenty of walking and running pathways nearby. Enjoying my morning coffee on the terrace while gazing at the lake was a highlight of my stay. Although I appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen for meal prep, the dining options at the resort itself left something to be desired since we didn’t try the in-house restaurant. One downside was the late check-in at 5 PM and an early checkout at 10 AM. It felt a bit rushed. Also, the pool area could use better maintenance as the water appeared murky. Overall, I think with some tweaks, this could be a top-notch place to stay.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
The views from the outdoor terrace were fine, overlooking the tranquil lake that sparkles like diamonds under the sun. I fell in love with the cozy fire bowls, creating an inviting atmosphere for evening conversations with friends. Plus, every morning felt special with a good spa experience that set the perfect tone for the day.
Totally recommend! ❤️😍

Spacious two-bedroom suite with amazing lake views. Pool area needed better maintenance. the water looked murky. Just a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed renting bikes for local trails.
